Since 2013 Ilvana Bešlagić has been working as a trainer and consultant for the Probat Training Centre and mainly takes care of Probat’s industrial customers.
The focus of this profession is from basic knowledge on green coffee, roasting and sensory skills over roasting trials for product development to operator training on Probat roasters and the corresponding control systems. The second training area is the internal Probat employee training to share and extend the know-how in the Probat Group. Ilvana Bešlagić holds a bachelor’s degree in food technology and a master’s degree in food sciences.
